Terms of service
The boring
but necessary part.
Terms in plain language. No legalese, no traps. Read it, and email us if anything is unclear.
01
Account
You need an account to use Tydl. You're responsible for the email and password you sign up with — keep them secure.
One person, one account. You can't share login credentials with another person; create separate accounts instead.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We'll always email you first if there's a problem to discuss.
02
Acceptable use
Tydl is a scheduling tool. Use it for that. Don't use Tydl to send spam, harvest emails, harass people, or violate any law.
Don't try to break Tydl: no scraping, no DDoS, no exploiting bugs instead of reporting them, no reselling the service as your own.
If you find a security issue, email security@tydl.app. We'll respond within 48 hours and credit responsible disclosure.
03
Your content
You own everything you put into Tydl: your profile, event types, bookings, and notes. We have a license to display and process it as needed to run the service.
We won't use your content for any other purpose. We won't read your bookings except to provide support if you ask, and we won't share them with anyone.
04
Pricing & billing
The Free tier is free, forever, for individuals. Paid tiers will be introduced for teams; we'll give 30 days notice if anything that's currently free becomes paid.
All subscription fees are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors and accidental charges. Email support@tydl.app within 30 days of the charge.
05
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We don't guarantee it, and Tydl is provided "as is" without warranty.
We perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic windows and announce planned downtime at least 24 hours in advance via email.
If Tydl goes down during a scheduled meeting, we're sorry — we'll work to get it back up fast, but we can't be liable for a missed appointment.
06
Liability
Tydl's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. For Free accounts, that's zero.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, missed deals, hurt feelings — caused by using or not being able to use the service.
07
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Security. We'll permanently delete your data within 7 days.
We can terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice, except in cases of severe abuse where we may act immediately.
On termination, your access stops, your booking pages become inaccessible, and your data is deleted on the schedule above.
08
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
